Mr.Pilla presented an overview of the social media landscape and provided specific examples of how companies in the field are using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Blogging to inform their customers and find new business.

Drawing on his experience as an adjunct Professor at Mercy College, Mr. Pilla discussed career opportunities and what courses of study are would be required.
